Server Status and Network Issues Additions
WebhostGIANT has released two new upgrades to our Client Area. We have added a Live Server Status that can be used to get real-time data on PING, HTTP (web site), POP (incoming mail), SMTP (outgoing mail) and SSH for your server. If it is showing green, it is up. Red, it is down. We also added a Network Issues section to the Client Area to better communicate with our customers when we are having network or server issues. You will be able to go here to follow any updates made by support or Systems. Both these new sections are found on the Support Homepage. http://whg-billing.secure-wi.com
