Introduction: WebhostGIANT knows we have many happy clients out there. They email us all the time. But we know that writing reviews online about how happy you are with our service is not something people usually have time for. It takes effort and you have others things you would rather be doing. In an effort to get you to tell about your positive experience with WebhostGIANT, we are currently offering a $5.00 Credit to your account for 5 minutes of your time. We will be increasing rewards as we try to get more reviews posted at more online locations, but right now we have a $5.00 Credit for posting at one location. Benefits to WebhostGIANT: There are basically two reasons we do this: 1) We get more feedback about what is being done correctly. This helps us make what has been positive a main focus. People are quick to let us know if something is not right, but VERY slow to comment on what they have been happy with. Most people just expect it and rightfully so. 2) The other reason is that it helps tell possible customers about WebhostGIANT from the words of current customers. This allows us to grow with your help and differentiate us from others online. It also helps us balance out any negative comments placed by people. We all know people are quick to tell others when unhappy, but reluctant to tell others about being happy somewhere. Your positive reviews go a long way to help us with this. Details: To claim your $5.00 credit, simply email reviews@webhostGIANT.com the following: 1) Your name and your domain you host with us. 2) Your review you wish to submit. Once we log this, we will send you a URL from which you can click on to submit your review. 3) Once the review has been submitted online, reply to our email and we will validate it and apply the credit. Disclaimer: WebhostGIANT is NOT "paying" for reviews. We only want valid and honest comments. Our intent is not to have 'paid' reviews placed, but rather nudge happy customers into submitting a truthful review that maybe they simply did not have the time or effort to place before. WebhostGIANT does only want positive reviews. So if you have any negative experiences with us, please let us know. Let us solve the issues directly as we obviously are not rewarding those that wish to post anything negative. |
